I tryed 2 burgers and both of them were ok, nothing special, but the service and the atmosphere were really amazing. On a full Friday night the food came very fast on our tables there was nice music and i liked the place and the inventory in it..

This is our second visit. The place was freshly renovated, freshly decorated. The ambiance is totally different, the inside part has a lounge feel to it now. Service was efficient and super friendly. The welcome was just wow. When you see one if the staff, you feel the upbeat wam mood that made the delicious food even more enjoyable. We ordered 2 vegan burgers with sweet potato fries on the side and all of the vegan sauces. We also got 2 yummy Hugo drinks. Ashley was as awesome as she could have been, super friendly and even give us tips on vegan restaurants in other areas close to Heilbronn. Will definitely visit again. Love the way all the staff said goodbye, especially when they say “so we’ll see you tomorrow then?” We left with full stomachs, wide smiles and warm fuzzy feeling. Definitely will be eating there again this week.

We go here regularly because they have alot of variety regarding burgers. They also have alot of vegetarian food. The staff is also very friendly and the food come very very fast. A must try!

When the burgers arrived 6 minutes after we ordered the food, we all knew that the burgers will be a disaster. The meat seems to be cooked early in the morning and just warm them when the customer order one. The bread was dry and tasteless. We finally paid 15,60-16€ for a burger drinking 250ml water and ordinary fries.

In the pedestrian zone, I experienced the hans in luck for the first time. yes, experienced, super friendly staff, great and friendly service. and the burgers were a pleasure.
