The Otter Juice Co - Hays

Over night in the tiny town of Hays stopped in the middle of Kansas, and in the morning I was mad at good coffee 27 very long days on the street doing this for you. Found this absolute jewel of a place almost hidden in the corner of a building divided with a sushi restaurant (which also looks really good, but sushi at 11a is a hard pass for me although I heard that the lobster Mac and cheese is amazing and dangerous! . The coffee house is certainly a victory. They roast their coffee directly on the grounds, which is always a plus, and the Barista Hanna was super friendly and made an excellent latte. Streng a morning place, as their hours are lost from 7a 1p Mon Sat (the possibility of having coffee with the attached restaurant after dinner? , but definitely worth a stop.

Most beautiful little coffee spot, just a bit from the highway. Our Barista was super sweet and friendly and made us some amazing delays. Here we were skeptical. Make a visit worth when you go through.

Great chill 'bar' environment, although relaxed and picturesque. Would be great to have opened in the evening for one after dinner / evening coffee!

Best Smoothie/Juice Square in Hays! A very pleasant and friendly business! The smoothie was amazing! They have juices, smoothies, baked goods, desserts and some sushi rolls as well. Great place to stop while you are in Hays! What a wonderful addition to Hays. Everyone should check it!
