Dunkin' - Hatfield

I love going to dunkin donuts however, this location isn't the greatest. Ive gone about 4 times to this location out of convenience and everything they have managed to mess up my order. I ask for very little cream and they always over do it. I feel like I'm drinking milk flavored coffee. When I picked up some munchkins for my kids, it tasted dry and like left over from the previous day.

Ghetto. They don’t look at the receipt of what you order. They just make what’s more convenient for them.

The staff inside the building totally ignore the customers. truly the worst service I have ever ever had in my lifetime. I had to leave just because I don’t have time to wait that long.

All people are good and service is awesome so Ī definitely suggest to go in these Dunkin

I came here twice messed up my order both times she even repeated the order. Will be going to a different location.
