I ordered a 2 piece biscuit. Waited 8 mins, ask the lady how much longer (since they were all standing/laughing and playing) she turned and said I have to fill this order 1st (screen said 19 mins on that order) I said doesn't seem to hard to put 2 pieces of chicken a biscuit in a bag while you're waiting on the other order. Manager came in and I just ask for refund. Guess it was ok to have people waiting in line to watch the kids play.... The lady at the drive thru window was so unbelievably rude. I will never return to this Jack’s because of her bad behavior. I understand people have bad days but I had done nothing to this girl. Got wrong order for like the tenth time, I am pretty religious and what does the lady say when she opens the window "G D m yelling at someone in the store. I don 't want to hear that kinda talk, get an order wrong is bad enough but this place is just sad with the level of professionalism or lack thereof
