Skyline Super Buffet - Harrisonburg

The restaurant is clean, including the bathroom, which can be a rarity in Chinese buffets. They offer sushi and hibachi, and the food is fresh and delicious. The prices are very reasonable given the variety of options available. The waitress is friendly and attentive as well.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive! If I were rating solely based on the service, I would give a higher score. The food is good overall, but it's a buffet, so some items tend to sit out for a little while. That's typical for buffets, though. On average, it’s decent, which is also reflected in the price. Speaking of which, the prices are very reasonable! You can get a lunch for just $7.85, which I really appreciate as a busy graduate student. This place is perfect for a laid-back meal.

Food really isn't good. Ice cream has a very strange flavor and consistency. Desserts always dried out. Sushi is never replaced. Salad bar is... Questionable. First impression of a fish tank filled with large koi that is so dirty and murky, you can't see the fish themselves is a pretty good sum up of the restaurant as a whole.

Food all tasted the same, not much flavor. Vanilla Ice cream tasted spoiled. Staff was nice but had a hard time getting our waitress to understand what drinks we wanted. She did her best but the language barrier made it difficult.

I used to like this place. But today the food was not so much. And they got an angry looking woman who looks over your shoulder whenever you grab something from the buffet. And when I got my bill it was 23$ so I gave them my card and they brought me a different bill that’s 30$. Yea, I’m never going back again
