Extraordinary customer relationship...man and very pleasant! and the best donuts in the city!

Difficult to choose what is available without asking about any donut. the best if they buy more than one or two donuts.

Refused to drive the service tru due to their timer. Rather, a family of 8 come after traveling to the country according to order. Online states not within eating due to covid, but asked our whole family to come to order. only completely rude. lost a $75 order over the timer.

I have just recently started going to this location. The employees are always really nice and friendly. The service is quick, and the mobile app has been working well. They do tend to forget to give donuts or fritters with orders, so check your bags before driving off. They do great if they ever have to substitute items from the menu and help you figure out similar flavors. Overall, I love getting coffee and breakfast at this location and will be back.

My mother and I went through the drive thru and my mother said she wanted to purchase 12 donuts and began her order. Instantly the worker gave us attitude. We pull to the window and this worker greeted us with ?next time you need to say you want a dozendonuts? and closed the window. She returned the card and continued to smart mouth my mom so my mom made the comment that shewould like to speak to her manager and the worker snapped back ?she?s not here but she will tell you the same thing? and closedthe window. I did not get her name but she had dark hair and long nails covered in gems but she told us to go to any otherDunkin? to get our donuts?so we will take her advice but just figured everyone else should know not to order ?12donuts????????????
