Subway - Harrisburg

I was pleased with the service, but I was disappointed to find out that they no longer offer the vinaigrette oil for the sandwiches.

I really like this Subway restaurant. The subs are tasty, and it’s conveniently located near my home. However, I have one issue: their posted hours indicate that they open at 7 AM, but they definitely do not. It’s more like 8:30 AM before they actually start serving customers. If you advertise that you open at 7 AM, you should be ready for customers by that time. Many of us have busy lives and schedules to keep, and we can’t afford to wait around for the store to open whenever they feel like it. Either adjust your hours to reflect when you truly open or make sure to be ready to serve at the time stated on the door.

Usually, I stick to McDonald's, Wendy's, or Burger King, but thanks to Linx, I'm now planning to return to Subway. They've definitely won back a customer who enjoys dining out, and you'll be seeing my orders on DoorDash soon. He deserves some kind of bonus or raise for his outstanding service. He was efficient, kind, and thorough. Thank you, Linx, for showing me that Subway offers delicious food at affordable prices!

7/14/2022 Store says they open at 7am. I came at 8:20am and the doors are locked. 5 minutes later the doors unlocked, then i came in and the guy in the counter told me to wait 5 to 10 minutes. I had to leave after that because i don't have time to waitan extra 5 to 10 Minutes GUYS!! If you say you open at 7am then you are expected to be ready by 7am. If you think your going tobe opening late then put a freaking sign on the door and if you think its occurring then CHANGE YOUR HOURS PLEASE!!!! HOW HARDIS THAT!! Sadly you could've had some business this morning if you were actually ready at almost 8:30.

It's so appetizing. Next time I'm back with my friends. Eating is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.
