Energy Station - Harleysville

I don't know our waiter name, but she's young and has brown hair and wore a black sweatshirt. The sweetest waitress I've ever had. He made my Wednesday morning absolutely glorious feeling. She was so sweet and friendly and very attentive. You are very happy to have such a big waitress in your restaurant. Hand them well!! I never write reviews and I write this review before my food ever arrives as it was so great.

Had a family from Ohio and wanted to take her to my favorite restaurant. I called ahead to try to make a reservation for 7, but I was told I couldn't. I still let them know we're coming and there at 11:00. Come at 11:05 put our name on the list and was said it would be a 30-minute wait. We agree to a wait because I always told my family how good the food was. Fast forward...11:35am I see how much longer. They're telling us they have a stand, but we didn't think it would suit our party so we could have the other people behind us. I'm going out, come back at 12:00 to check and they said they couldn't sit down yet. I still want my family to eat here, I agree to wait, but ask if they can put tables together, they say they can't. I come back at least 3 times to check again and a party of 6 comes behind us and were waited after 5 minutes. When I asked about it, I was told that Well you didn't want the stand... I was irritated, but again asked to put together tables and was told again that they 't, at this point, my family came to check, and I asked them to be patient again, but after they also see that the other party sits and they need to go back on the street, they didn't want to wait anymore. So at 12:22 after waiting for a HOUR and 22 MINUTES we left. The restaurant was busy, but that was embarrassing and unacceptable. The restaurant Butcher and The Barkeep, which is 5 minutes away, took us very friendly and accepted our business today and I will take my guests there from now on.

I ordered lunch. Ham, bacon and cheese on sourdough. The problem was that there was a blue color mark on the grilled ham and they forgot the bacon. It wasn't very busy so I'm not sure how they could make the mistake. Our server was great. She noticed that we were not happy and took the order out of the bill. Now the Cheddar Broccoli soup was great. Not sure if I want to try it again...

My friend and I did business. We wanted to go to a good place for breakfast, and we were recommended to go to the Energy Station. We left, the food was amazing. Our server Lori was great and helped us with questions we had about the choice of food. The whole experience was great. We definitely go back. The food was brilliant again. Everything in this place was great.

This place is absolutely vile! I?ve been there countless times because of how close it is but the cooks and servers will make you irritable and furious. The food is hard to choke down and there?s been lipstick on my utensils and cups at least twice. Even when the servers are nice? you still feel judgment. I?ll start driving further to not have my days ruined.
