Chick-fil-a - Harker Heights

Haven’t shopped at a Chick-fil-A in eight years.All I wanna do is read the menu peacefully.There was no traffic behind me; both Lane one and Lane two are empty apart from me being in Lane one by myself.Instead of being rushed through, I’d like to take some time to read the large physical menu. Not ten minutes, probably three minutes of browsing on the large physical menu…..I understand this location has handheld menus, I don’t want a handheld menu that everyone has touched…I just wanna look at the regular large physical menu instead of being rushed to order when I might want something else.Staff has no social etiquette or social decorum.I ended up throwing away my food, lost my appetite.

People who work there are very nice. The food was hot and good.

Food is great and the best service and impressed with how friendly staff is and at leaving they said be blessed. I love that!!! ?? Wish more restaurants were filled with the Holy Spirit. ??

Starting to fall off. I guarantee I'm getting the breakfast portion chicken on my sandwiches. Last couple times it's a noticeable difference in the size of the chicken. Forgetting straws on last few delivery orders.

Food here is way to greasy!!! You can tell the oil is dirty. Sandwich was dripping oil and fries were dark and greasy. They need to change the oil.
