Ram Brewery Clackamas - Happy Valley

Visited here for lunch with my family during the holiday in portland. we had a waitress in the training that served us who was shaded by another worker. the service was good and they can definitely say that this waitress learned, but she was very tailored to our needs. eating was great, I would definitely recommend it.

I wanted one of my employees to go away lunchtime. the waiting staff was very nice and attentive, think they, our waiter checked us 4-5 times and made some sweat. eating was on the spot, I recommend the cubano. I don't think we had to wait a long time, maybe eat 15-20m for 5 people.

Huge menu! They also brew their own beer and it is pretty good! nice happy drink menu. I had not asked for a maize or crumble on my darkened chicken salad and it came to me that I did my best to get them instead of complaining.

The worst food ever. The family and I arrived at 7pm. Told there would be a 25 min wait when we could obviously see there was open tables and only one name in front of us on list. Got seated about 715. Waitress came and took our drink order. Came back with drinks took our food order. We waited for 45 min for our food and my burger was burnt, a tiny bit of guacamole and a few mushrooms and my husband's steak salad was nasty. Brown old lettuce and burnt steak which he asked for medium. Luckily kids burgers were ok but I think they were starving. I can not believe we waited that long and the food was terrible. Our waitress kept refilling our drinks and telling us our food was next, in a few minutes etc. Yes we did show our food to manager who took care of it. Kept saying they were so busy because of the weekend. We have been there before on a Saturday night and never had food this bad. The best part for the kids was the complimentary dessert.

Wow, I've been to one of these in the past but it's been a while and ice been been to this one. I have nothing positive to say about it. Areas the missed the mark? First, Food was blah. I had salmon, one of the more expensive dishes. It may have been frozen because it lacked taste. Waiter had told me it came with mashed potatoes when I ordered it. Then it came with some disgusting rice. Told him, he said he'd get me mashed potatoes. 30 minutes later I got some cold mashed potatoes. Then I try to finish off a 1 star meal with dessert. Order the peanut butter pie. He comes back to tell me that he thought they had it but they don't. Strike 3. Sorry, I will never go back.
