They didn't even give me an option if i wanted cream or milk in my coffee ?

I walk through with my friends and family there was big line up but all are just doing drive through nobody help the counter girl whereas give $8 tip to cashier may be she is indian girl name as nice friend her customer service are great she treat all customer with smile and with eye contact rather than she is tooo busy and alone her smile remain same she make my day great .5 review for her .

3 times In row order was wrong, horrible wait time in drive through. Used to be a good stop, has gone down hill in last year

Walked up to the counter and was told by a staff member that it would be quicker if I went through the drive thru. She then walked away. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced at any Tim's. I won't waste my time contacting your customer service center but I definitely will never return to this location.

Tried once again and went reluctantly to the drive through this morning. This time it wasn't the poorly made food or the rude service. It was a 5 min wait in the drive through to get to the window to be told debit was down...couldn't turn around so waited an other 5 min so we could leave. At least this location is consistently bad and I blame myself for thinking I could experience something different from every other timw. As we were leaving I watched them post a tiny 8x11 sign telling people that debit wasn't avail. Issue is, once you read it, it's too late to back out. You don't disappoint at this location...always gives me great stories to tell around the boardroom and on my conference calls.
