Can I give them Zero ? Extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin ' Donuts location. Despite being a loyal customer, I 've had nothing but trouble with my orders. On two separate occasions, they got my simple request for a small black coffee and a small coffee with two creams completely wrong. The first time, my coffee was cold, and the second time, it was diluted with creams in both. When I asked for a refund, they outright refused. Unacceptable! It 's frustrating to have to come back twice just to get a basic order right, and even more so when they fail to provide a reasonable resolution. As a regular morning and afternoon customer, this experience has left me with no choice but to never return to this Dunkin ' Donuts branch.

I wanted to acknowledge the young man who is at the drive-through. He is funny and just added a smile to my face this morning, very bright eyed and talkative . His name was Shawn and I hope I see him again my next Dunkin’ run.

The food was cold, they gave me attitude as soon as I walked in as well as not being able to count as they gave me 5 HASBROWNS instead of the 6. This place is failing and wasn’t what it used to be.
