Potbelly - Hanover

Just uh little lag in service. But once it's moving its worth the lag??Parking: Parking all around the location.

Ordered a salad like I normally do when I go in and a soup. This time I ordered from GrubHub. The delivery was wonderful. The salad not so much. What I received was as pictured. I called the store to let them know that they gave me the end of the lettuce. The part that most people don't like eating and some of it looks really brown. The person who answered the phone's name was Brian. He said he is sorry that I had that experience even after I told him I wasn't going to eat the salad. Did not offer anything for next time or didn't bother to try to get it right.Very disappointed. I used to eat here once a week. Love their salad and soup. Not a place I will frequent as much anymore.

The person with the animal print tattoo on their forearm was just mean. She was rude to every single customer, yelling things like WHAT DO YOU WANT? when customers were looking at the menu still deciding. It 's fine if you 're having a bad day, but I don 't understand just being angry at everyone and yelling at people like we are pulling your teeth out by ordering a sandwich. It made me so anxious I would never come back.The sandwich was made incorrectly and they were out of soup, so they found some in the back and gave me lukewarm soup. This was the worst Potbelly 's I have ever been to. I also immediately emailed the company per their comment below and got no response.

Excellent sandwich. Everything about it was amazing and it melted in my mouth. I will be back.

Update:Been 4 years and still have not returned, a person of my word.Really rude service from the female that works there. So nasty! This was my first and last time coming here.
