A real Hanoi hidden jewel. For someone who likes “eating like locals”, this is a beautiful discovery. It seems to be one of the few restaurants that Hanoians have managed to keep secrets from backpacks and expats. No western face. Also hidden in a very literal sense. In a shaded street filled with karaoke bars next to Long Bien market, you begin to wonder if such a well-rated restaurant could be in such an area. This is until you see the bright artwork on the walls and the cool amount inside. Fantastic value for money. You can fill a drink for 105k. Great tasting BBQ. In a food city like Hanoi, where it is hard to find truly authentic places that do not blog over a 1000 times, this is a great find.
