Ae's Thai Kitchen Food Truck - Hana

Ae's was the only food truck offering vegan meal options like Pad Si Ew Noodles with Tofu or Drunken Noodles. The Pad Si Ew was flavorful, but I wished there were more veggies/tofu and less noodles.

The staff kindly informed us about the vegan options available. We decided to order the Drunken Noodles with tofu and the Pumpkin Curry with tofu, which was the daily special. Both dishes were delicious, and the coconut milk in the curry tasted very fresh. We opted for the spicy version of the noodles, and it turned out to be really spicy.

I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating! The counter staff patiently answered all my questions and recommended the green bamboo curry with rice, made with coconut milk and vegetables as protein. It was delicious and enough for two people. The curry had the perfect amount of spice, just what I needed. The restaurant had a light crowd, but there was still a wait because everything was made fresh.

We ordered the veggies and tofu and the noodles with tofu in a spicy coconut curry. It was delicious, curry was our favorite.

I discovered a wonderful restaurant at the end of the road to Hana! The portions were generous, the Thai dishes were fresh, and the service was quick.
