Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

The service at this location is by far the best of any other location I’ve been to, they are always super friendly, patient, and polite. They also do not skimp on toppings at all. If you’re looking for a quick burrito this is the place to go.

The food is decent, but I have to say, this is the first burrito place I've encountered that charges for extra toppings after the fourth one. When the worker asked me about my toppings, I listed all the usual ones except for hot salsa, which is what I typically do at other burrito places. To my surprise, she informed me that there’s an extra charge for any toppings beyond four, and they count salsa as a topping too. Are you serious? I won’t be returning.

No taste in burrito even they don’t wrap properly it’s very hard to eat,

I often visit this restaurant for a delicious and healthy lunch. The gentleman who served my wife and me, named Sachin, did an excellent job crafting our burritos. You could tell he genuinely cared about his work and our experience. Thanks to him, I am giving this review a 5-star rating. We visited on Sunday, June 4th, around 2:30 PM.

We hired Mucho Burrito at the Upper James location to cater an employee event for 75 people, and they were outstanding! The staff was a pleasure to work with, and the food arrived hot and delicious. The portions were generous, allowing us to enjoy leftovers the next day. Everyone in the office praised it as the best lunch we've ever ordered. The price was also incredibly reasonable. We look forward to using their services again and highly recommend them!
