Diane's Diner - Hallettsville

This place was great! The burgers and fries were hot and fresh and my kids enjoyed the chicken! Staff was friendly as well!

Lol none of the reviews disclosed it is in a convenience store/gas station. Actually, didn't get to try food so it could get a better rating, Nit open on Tuesdays.

Great food and nice service combined for an excellent diner. I had the chicken fried steaks and eggs with hash browns and bisquit. My folks had the fried catfish which looked great. They said it was excellent too.

Went there for some breakfast. Wife and I had never been there before. When we got our orders we were blown out of the park. We were not expecting the size of the helpings that we had ordered. The pancakes were absolutely gargantuan literally taking up the entire plate. So folks if you come here for breakfast one pancake is plenty. Will definitely be coming back to this place.

Me and a friend were traveling to South Padre with our kids. We saw Dianes Dinner on google maps when searching for a place to stop for breakfast. Service was a little slow due to a shortage in staff, but the food was amazing and the coffee choices are on point. Definitely would recommend this to anyone traveling through Hallettsville.
