Nori Japan - Hagerstown

My family visits this restaurant frequently, but this time we had a very disappointing experience. I requested extra meat, but received the usual portion instead. The amount was exactly what I would expect without any extra. Additionally, I ordered extra sauce, but it was never added to my meal. The chicken was extremely dry and lacked flavor. When I pointed out the absence of extra sauce, the staff member responded sarcastically, repeating "extra sauce" five times. I found his behavior to be very unprofessional. I won't be returning again.

It seemed like she was having a bad day, but we were polite and friendly when she took our order, yet she was simply rude and curt with us. We usually come here when we shop in the mall and have always ordered from a man who is consistently kind, but after this encounter, we won't be returning. To make matters worse, she even accused my partner of trying to get a shrimp plate. It was very frustrating!

A friend introduced me to this place before it became Whitetail; it was previously called Teriyaki Temple. Since then, I've been a fan of their orange chicken with rice, which has always been a favorite of mine. They remember the regular customers and go out of their way to be super friendly and helpful.

Literally the worst Asian food you could try to eat in hagerstown. every time I eat from here, I'm disappointed. high prices and low quality. save time and money.

Worst orange chicken I've ever attempted to eat. Under cooked and chewy. Ended up in the trash can!
