Five Guys - Hagerstown

Today my wife and my son went to pick up a order for delivery, when they do the pickup the drink lid was dirty because the drink was spiling and my son come back to the store to ask for lid exchange. SADLY CREW MEMBERS working in 4 pm shift were laughing of him because he was asking for lid exchange.At this moment I'm so mad and hardly ask to the store for do something to amend this annoying situation with my son.

The woman at the front miscounted my money and tryed to get me to pay more then when I ask for my money back it was the exact amount. And she had attitude and did not apologize …

Cannot beat a hot off the grill burger. Always consistent.

I looked the cashier straight in the eyes, smiled, and then asked, “how you doing today?”He stared back at me saying nothing. Finally I said, “OK,” ordered a milkshake and then left.Would have actually ordered food but didn’t want to have any further interaction with this human. Poor customer service!

Great food. Service was fast. Friendly environment.
