Caffe Nero - Gwynedd

New member of staff best service I've had in there and so quick well done will definitely be back for more

I placed an order through Uber Eats for a mozzarella and pesto panini, but received a mushroom and mascarpone toastie instead. The bacon roll I ordered also had stale bread. Don't bother wasting your money here, if only they could pay attention to the orders!

Disgusting cafe. filthy tables and mediocre coffee at best. The food was out of date and the man behind the counter didn't seem to care when I mentioned it. looks like the outside tables were full of fag stumps and spilled coffee. you would think a big company like Nero's would have a bit more pride in their stores. staff are VERY rude and obnoxious. won't be going back. YUK

Terrible service. No smile . No eye contact. Dirty tables outside . No please or thank you . I have nothing nice to say . Spoons grabbed for saucer by the head of the Spoons . Not very clean doing that . Train staff better!!

Had great costume’s service of rachael very happy and great attitude but I did feel really unwelcome by one worker with long hair up don’t know what his name was but had very disgusting attitude and didn’t make anyone feel welcome walking around the place stamping his feel and not making me want to come again, but what shocked me the most he shouted at a worker when there was ppl around and was not professional at all
