Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Gulf Breeze

Ordered curbside, waited 10 minutes in the car. Go inside and the place was empty. There was 2 workers behind the counter standing around a and on their phones. They said I had to wait for another person who is on there way too prepare the sides. They didn’t have one of the sides so I chose another. I also ordered Texas toast fir an extra charge and when I got home it was the standard roll. The ribs were like leather. If they were busy I could understand the back log. But I ordered on the app over an hour before pickup time. No updates sent after food was on the pit. Absolutely the worse service ever.

Terrible experience. Guy at the front ignored us until I asked if we could order. Then told me to hold on, restaurant was empty except for 1 other couple eating. Ordered 2 kids plates because my kids were crying hungry. He just stands there.. after a few minutes of him just standing there and my kids screaming I decided to leave. They never said a word. I will never come back here.

I have attempted to order from here 3 times(5 pm and later). All 3 times they were out of food. My job orderes lunch from them and swears they are the best BBQ around. I'll never know, they should close and only do lunch if that's all the food they are going to prepare.

7 15 2022 stopped and got my Friday reward for a full week of dealing with it all! A huge Baker Potato with kielbasas sausage. Hard working staff help get my order just right! Started the weekend with a BBQ celebration! Check out this loaded baked potato with kielbasa and huge 1 pound side as well! You don’t get that large and tasty potato anywhere but Dickie’s BBQ.

Can't beat Dickeys and the awesome deals, especially after Sunday church. Take the kids down cause they eat free with adult purchase and then free ice cream as well. It's the perfect way to eat lunch on a Sunday. The portions are perfect as well. Pulled pork and all 3 bbq sauces!
