This evening we ordered a Pizza and a Pinsa to take away; already from the sight and the fragrance they released it was obvious that they were delicious. The first one we tried was the Pinsa; what can I say, exceptional, perfect cooking, well-leavened dough and evidently top quality raw materials. The second was the Pizza, very simple, potatoes and sausage; initially we thought it couldn't be as good as the Pinsa, but we were very wrong; This one was also fantastic, with perfect cooking especially on the potatoes which amazed us. We would also like to review the education of the young owners and the passion they put into their work; which is quite rare today. Well done! Highly recommended!
