Aguamiel Cafe - Guanajuato

The aztec lasagna and kartoffeln for lunch. a fun place that is a bit hard to find, but it is worth it.

We had great hopes for this place, as it had good recommendations. we wanted to invite a friend there, and since they never picked up the phone, we went there personally to reserve a table and ask for the menu. we have the...information that it is not necessary to reserve and that the daily menu is always published on facebook. both information was wrong. we went there with our friend, the place was full and most of the things sold out. also the daily menu is not published on its fb, only a photo all two weeks or so. embedded as we recommended this place, we have gone. Nevertheless, the next day we returned to taste her food. my man had the menu of the day, some overcooked pasta with mushroom it was, I think. we could do it with the salt and the seasoning we wear with us. I had the hummus that went bad. but they denied it, they said it was only lemon. my man is a cook, we are both foods, we can tell apart the taste of lemon and pampered food. after them, all good, and they paid us the full price, of course. not all the bad details, it ruined my last day in guanajuato.

As other reviews have said, eating is good, but they have to wait. some of our restaurant choices can be narrow because we are ovo-lacto vegetarian and we have looked at the menu and the reviews we decided to try. if they could reduce their waiting time for the food presentation, they would be perfect. the omelette was good, would have been better if cooked on a lower heat. it took about 40-45 minutes for this court. the salate that accompanied the court was excellent. the soy latte was excellent. the French toast was very good. it took 30 minutes for this court. it was milky, but we liked it. no sirup needed, and the living cat was adorable.

This place can be busy and it does not have such a large staff. However, if you're not in a hurry, the food is well worth the wait. There are vegan and vegetarian dishes such as hummus plates, muelles and omellettes.

La comida es deliciosa y tienen mucha variedad todos los días, además, el servicio es excelente. Tratan con mucha amabilidad y rapidez. Definitivamente lo visito siempre que puedo y lo recomiendo ampliamente.La vista del balcón es hermosa.
