I ordered online within 10 minutes of concert ending. Estimated to be ready in 20 min. We arrived and there was quite a wait for pizzas that people were placing as they walked in (45 min). Thankfully ours was ready within minutes. Place was clean, they provided utensils, napkins and plates upon request. It was wonderful. Pizza was NY style ish. Not thin crust. Very good. Just FYI

Any assistant night manager, Daniel shows very poor customer service to his customers. Common sense tells you as a manager. especially as a manager if the order is not correct, you do not blame the customer! You do what you need to do to rectify the situation simple as that. Put your pride aside. This is a place of business, not your basement…

Ordered an extra large cheesestick with sausage back in February. When I picked up my order, they forgot to put the sausage on it and I was told they couldn’t refund me my money because it was purchased online. I was informed that my name would be placed in a box with a credit amount for the sausage. I called in an order today; however, when I went to pick up, I was told that They could not find the credit. $2.50 not much money but it’s frustrating to be told one thing and them to not follow through. Sadly, These will be our last order of cheese sticks from this mad mushroom.

I ordered a large Works pizza at 7:30PM and waited on site. They forgot to give me the pizza and I had to ask for it again. I got it approximately 55 minutes after the first order and it's kind of cold now.

Don’t order delivery from here. They charge your card and never delivery your food. Waited and hour and a half.
