Wendy's In K - gsport

They have now hiring signs on the drive thru window begging for help but the store manager is a smart a . She asked me if I was just looking to make one paycheck and then quit. She said she didn’t want to deal with doing all that paperwork for no reason. After that I told her thanks but no thanks. I’m not sure who she thinks she is but it’s a fast food restaurant, it’s not some prestigious career opportunity.

Everytime I choose to eat here for my lunch my food is never correct. I ask for no ice everytime in my drinks and i always get ice. The food i ordered a jr back cheeseburger plain and then a double stack and they proceeded to make the double stack plain as well. Everytime I come through the drive through I am asked to please wait for a moment rather theres no cars ahead or even just 1. Do not recommended stopping here. You'll have a better chance at the subway across the street.

I was served a raw hamburger, did not take but two bites to realize it was NOT cooked all the way. Oddly enough, I heard them talking about the machine not cooking the food properly. When I returned my hamburger they stated to me the machine is not cooking hamburgers properly... so why, serve ANY food that has to be cooked. They did replace my burger with a chicken wrap.... however, I decided not to chance it and throw it out. The staff was very polite and restaurant was clean. 5/11/24 1922
