Panera Bread - Grove City

By far the best Panera out there! I am apart of the Sip Club so I am inside many Panera stores across Ohio, Kentucky Michigan as we routinely take road trips and I have to have my Panera lemonade haha.Usually paneras are pretty good but Grove cities is the absolute best! My spouse gets slightly annoyed with me because I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to order my drink at the grove city location.Management is super nice and all the faces there have been extremely friendly and seem to be a strong team!

I don't know how a Panera can manage to mess up one of their signature items on multiple visits over several months, but this location has done so at least four times no matter if I order online or go in. I finally just stopped going. It could have something to do with the fact that the employees are on their phones and have airpods in, but that's only a guess.

This panera is fantastic. The employees have such good attitudes, the food is always prepared in a timely manner, and the atmosphere is very inviting and peaceful. I came in today and an employee with purple hair used ASL through the whole order process and I can't even express how great it is to see inclusivity like this in the workplace. It is so refreshing to see ASL become more widely accessible in food service. This Panera gets an A+ in my book!

I was very happy with the overall experience. The only exception was the system was down, and I couldn 't use my rewards, which fortunately, I 've never seen before.

Soups and sandwiches are so delicious. Employees are great. Order the cream of chicken soup. It's the best I ever ate and I'm 69 years old. That soup should be given an award. ??️
