Tried making a telephone order but the receptionist got aggressive, screamed and DROPPED the phone on me.BEWARE the website prices are only for small(which is not stated on their website) so if you call to order, the prices are increased automatically and if you dare to inquire why, the RECEPTIONIST gets angry and very rude!Screamed well if you don't say you want a small I assume its a large! Their website states one price without specifying if large or small so i had no idea. Completely horrified, the WORST customer service and very rude receptionist.There is never an excuse to cut the phone while a customer is speaking. Never Again!

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and was very disappointed. The meat was fatty and poorly cut, making it taste terrible. It was a waste of money and I would not recommend it.

Been ordering from this place a few years now. Always Very polite, foods always on time or early they do the best hot sour soup sometimes have to order two! The Dumplings steamed buns are my sons favourite

The food is fantastic, the sweet and sour balls are just as I had hoped. I have ordered from this restaurant twice in the past 3 days and highly recommend it. The prices are also very reasonable.

I placed an order for 4 of us, all fairly hungry and all quite greedy, was told 45 mins to an hour, after an hour and 10 mins I called to be told that they hadn't even started our food!! Got lot's of apologies but they don't fill your belly, cancelled-terrible shame but through their own neglect ON A TUESDAY we will not bother with these again
