Blackstones Steakhouse - Greenwich

So where to start? I had a dinner with my sister last night and we had amazing experience, starting from the host, the manager, Mike he was so welcoming to us.the waiter Sokol he was well experienced Efficient. Served Us Delicious Cocktails...Our appetizers clams casino sizzling bacon were So delicious plus the steak porterhouse for two the best steak we ever had tasted like Butter...beautiful classy restaurant so happy we had that wonderful experience. Thank you Blackstone we will be back. ?

I had great experience at Blackstones restaurant the ambiance where elegant I went there with friends for dinner, the service was wonderful great stuff warm welcome our waiter Mary was accommodating and their food drinks are delicious I highly recommend this place and definitely will go again

Came here for the first time last month and couldn't wait to come back. Mike is so pleasant! From the food (excellent to the drinks (bruna is the best bartender! all the way to the ambience (divine this place is a great experience overall. I will be back next week for a business dinner and looking forward to another great meal.

The entire experience here was a nightmare. We should have known right as we walked in this was not going to be a pleasant time. Let 's just say if you are not from the area or a regular here, this is not the place for you. Hostess was nice, past that the rest of the night was, interesting...let 's go with that. We were presented with a cocktail and wine menu, I ordered one of the worst old fashioned I 've ever had. I 'm easy to please with drinks, this just wasn 't it. It lacked flavor and if you tell me they left the alcohol out I 'd believe you, overly sweet and downright nasty. They put bread and an olive/muffuletta type salad on the table to start. The bread was horrible, legit a roll from price club that was 5 days old, stale and reheated. The salad was lackluster, again something that came out of a jar...definitely not homemade. For appetizer we ordered the prosciutto and melon, and it was ok, underwhelming portion size for the price and was mediocre at best. For our main course My fiancé ordered the shrimp scampi and risotto, the shrimp were boiled shrimp with no sign of anything that looked like a scampi sauce. they were plain boiled shrimp, also lacking flavor. The risotto was a plate of cheese with some rice in it. I ordered a porterhouse steak, that was over seasoned, and terribly fatty. The fillet on the porterhouse steak was all fat no meat. Brussel sprouts were doused in balsamic vinegar. We opted out of dessert and took the majority of our meals home not to be rude or obnoxious. We were presented with the check, I provided a credit card. We then watched the waiter walk over to who we believe was the owner or manager. In which they proceeded to study my credit card as if it was stolen or something. I guess assuming a couple in their mid 30 's, can 't afford to eat at their fine establishment? This was downright offensive and it took everything in my power not to say something. This about sums up the wonderful night...

The service was very pleasant and the food was exquisite. First time I was at the restaurant with my family. There were 11 of us. It was to celebrate my son's 19th birthday. I really recommend it and they had many options for children.I also liked it because they arranged our table in a way that we were all close even though there were 11 of us.The food is super delicious. I ordered shrimp with risotto in exquisite lemon sauce. Kid-friendliness: You have menu options for children and it is a family atmosphere
