Panera Bread - Greensboro

The manager Ashley probably had a bad day. their customer service was the worst thing I've ever experienced on this site. she leaned all over the counter and played a real game on her phone while she took my order. I had a few wondering if I could add articles to my sandwich, and she was rude it was pretty obvious that she didn't want to be on the work this day.

This is terrible. The portion is so small and the meal is so not put together that it makes me wonder if it was the leftover from someone else’s meal. It is dry and tasteless like they total left of the teriyaki sauce. This looks like a TOTAL TRASH.This is my last time eating from this Panera this is absolutely TERRIBLE.PANERAs are individually owned but I suggest you call the corporate officeI understand it’s the holiday season and maybe the owner needs more profits, so he is drastically cutting the quality but he won’t be getting anymore of my money!

Just went there for a family treat. Late night was a bad idea. The baked items were getting pretty dry except for the cinamon roll, which had some kind of fruitiness in the icing. It was a bit weird. I liked it more than my wife did.Food: 3/5

I had ordered via online order and went to the store to pick up food. Let alone I live closer to the Wendover store. I specifically ordered from this Panera due to them having the Grilled Mac and cheese sand in stock. Placed the order, and went to pick it up. got home and they gave me a plain grilled cheese. I Paid for the mac and cheese. called the general manager, and she stated that they would remake the sandwich for me. Went back in last night, and told the cashier that I had that sandwich to be remade. the cashier was rude as all get out. Then placed my order, and overheard the workers in the kitchen disregard the sandwich, and make the rest of my food. Then I reminded the workers about the sandwich and they made once again a plain grilled cheese. This is absolutely ridiculous. mess up an order once yes okay, that's fine but twice when I'm standing right there checking your work.

Ordered a Greek Cobb salad and large sweet tea for rapid pick-up. Took twice as long as quoted to be ready. Went in and salad was ready but not on pickup shelf, and there was no tea. Had to wait for someone to acknowledge me and give me a cup to get my tea. Line waiting for orders was backed up about 10 people long. Got home with order and salad did not include dressing. Service was horrible.
