Dunkin' - Greencastle

If you’re looking for an iced coffee or iced latte, look further. It was all milk, no coffee. Not sure how that’s gonna put a pep in my step. The donut was fine, a standard donut. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The Lady at the drive through 730pm 5/11 had me try a watermelon refresher and that has become my new favorite summer drink thank you for your recommendation!!! wish more people were thoughtful like you!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Yesterday was Faschnaut Day, so you would think they would have prepared for it. I ordered the donuts online and went in to pick them up only to find out that they only had a few kinds and barely any left. Mind you, this was at 10 in the morning. They are open until 8 pm. They had trouble finding our order to prove we already paid and seemed to doubt we even did until we showed them proof. This also had to be one of the dumpiest Dunkin's I have ever been in...I will not be back to this location.

Stood at counter for several minutes not one person acknowledged me, so I left. What ls the point in having lobby service if you get ignored.
