Dunkin' - Green Meadows

The DD app does not say this location is in UNMC on the 4th floor. It should!!!! We ordered our free drink from this location, on our way to work, couldn’t find it. After by lots of googling we find it it’s specific location. Not even a phone number on the app to call. Frustrating!!!!

I've gone to this Dunkin Donuts only a couple times and the times I've gone I have experienced poor attitude from the employees as well as experienced this location not open without any reason, even online says they are open.. I called corporate once and asked, they said they are unsure why this site is closed themselves...

All the people posting pitiful things are clearly not understanding that this is a new location that was initially struggling to maintain adequate staffing numbers. After being open throughout the semester, the workers are wonderful. They always tell me hi, they ask if I can help lost students because they think I'm nice, and if my drink is made wrong, they are always willing to remake it. I've never had a problem with them as I treat the workers with respect and human decency. I truly enjoy stopping and saying hi while I wait for my dark roast with some milk before going to the library to study. And plus, who can say no to a free hot or iced coffee on Mondays to start Monday off not so terribly? Keep it up.

No matter what day or at what time I visit this location, I get a horrible service. First time there, order an everything bagel with cream cheese and got HALF of a bagel with no cream cheese and the lady working there told me that is how it is sold.Second time, order a small hot coffee with a splash of almond milk, got a large cold coffee with vanilla and I guess almond milk.Third time, 2:30pm order a hot coffee, no sugar, no milk... nothing hoping I will get what I ordered. Ended up leaving with nothing as I was told they didn't have anymore hot coffee...I know this location closes, but you have no coffee at 2:30pm?Will not be getting any more business from me.

Terrible. Don't have most of the donuts, they stated they can't cancel the order either. It has been a struggle to deal with this location. They changed the order to another Dunkin further away. Real downer this store.
