Food and drinks were delicious as always. Our group enjoyed the mussels, water chestnuts, rangoons, gnocchi, and duck tacos. Only negative was that they were out of at least 3 of the menu items, but did offer 2 for 1 small plates.

Very helpful waitress and great drinks! We asked the waitress when we couldn't decide between drinks she gave a knowledgeable breakdown of each drink. Her advice didn't steer us wrong. The campfire old fashioned is very tasty but boozy so if you are someone who doesn't like a strong alcohol taste you should try a pesco sour or the caught in the rain. We also had the shrimp plate and the loaded fries. Great atmosphere and tasty drinks. Definitely a must in De Pere!

Proof has great food and awesome specialty cocktails. However while our waiter did the best he could, he also has to take care of all of the tables in the restaurant and tend bar so the service was a bit slow. Proof is worth checking out, and they are currently Hiring if you a job!

There are numerous reasons, this is by far one of my favorite restaurants now. the service is great, the special drinks are really fun and very good, and eating is excellent. I know it sounds crazy, but I would recommend the knochenmark appetizer. there is nothing else. I can also waffle for the chicken, pork gnocchi, pork bell, zartoin and the burger vouch. all amazing.

Excellent food and drinks. Our bartender server was very attentive. The pork belly was on point!
