We had a horrible experience today!!! they got our order wrong like 3 times to top it off they have half our order to a different client they kinda expected us to take it from them ‍‍‍ To top it off they won't let you use the restroom!

After days of craving a snow cone/shaved ice/raspa I yelped for something near and found this place. I walked in and there were people waiting so I figured the good reviews must be legit. They have all sorts of flavors, including natural and tropical flavors. They also have ice cream, juices, slushees and shakes. They also claim to have Hawaii shaved iced which they claim is shaved ice with ice cream, having never been to Hawaii I can't attest to the accuracy of the description but it sure sounds good. I had the medium sized tiger blood raspa. It was delish. The girl at the counter had never had it, so no help there. The size was more than enough to satisfy my craving and it cost less that $2. Can't beat that! Now there was a weird thing...while making my raspa the girl dropped the plastic cone shaping for top on the floor. It fell on the side that doesn't touch the ice but all she did was rinse it under hot water. Bc it didn't touch my ice I didn't say anything but I do question sanitation at this place and while the offer food here I would probably abstain after the drop experience. However I would recommend this place for raspas Update: the new location #2 is clean and much better than this original. So drive a bit further down telephone, it's worth it, to go to new location.

Terrible customer service. The worker charged us first then made us wait for 30 minutes. People that came in after me got their order first when all I ordered was a ice cream cone.

Horrible service!!! If I could take stars away I would!! The snocone was good... nothing out of the ordinary which is ok... but the horrible service is what knocks out all the starts.

Not much of a good service here. Ordered our food and one of the items was incorrect, when we went to tell them about it they told us weeee ordered them wrong when actually the guy had explained to us the difference and we told them what we wanted exactly. The guy who checked us out came out and confronted us about it still arguing and we had to pay for new ones for the mistake THEY made. Other than that food is okay but overpriced
