Pho 88 - Great Wood

Tried this because someone on the Nextdoor app said it was the best. It's not a glamorous restaurant and the two ladies cook everything made to order. My husband got the Seafood Pho. He said it was good. I got the beef and white rice. (Bo luc). The beef was melt in your mouth. There was a constant stream of people picking up to go orders. We definitely will be back. The service is a little slow but everything came out hot and fresh so I am good with the wait.

While the interior lacks glamour, it offers a cozy atmosphere. The staff, whether it's the kind old lady or the young adult, is always welcoming. The old lady's humorous charm makes her stand out. The food is delicious, with every bite bursting with flavor, especially the bánh mì and pho options. Vegetarian choices are available too, and it's all reasonably priced.

Love the noodle soup or pho and their fried egg rolls. I also recommend the fried rice.

Don't listen to any of the bad reviews this place is family owned and honestly the best pho spot I've been to. Food is always amazing and service has never let me down

Havenot been back in awhile but probably will not come back again. Beef Pho now is pretty much noodle and broth. Extremely paper thin slices of meat that I barely taste anything. And only a few slides swimming in a pool of brown color broth. Just aweful color. Unless they stop being greedy how the Pho's meat supposed to be cut and given in the bowl of Vietnamese Pho, sorry I will not be back.
