Dunkin' - Great Barrington

I try to not come to this store because for some reason making a frozen ice coffee is very hard for some to make. The coffee always taste burnt and horrible.For the only dunkin in town you guys are

Hardly has anything in the afternoon. Not very clean. Staff not always friendly. Bummer!

Came by at 6pm and everything was already shut down despite being open. What is the point of staying open if you don't have anything to sell? If it was like 10-11pm I'd get it. I'm guessing management has some bizarre expectations or something

Used to be good but it seems the staff they have now even though friendly rarely get your order correct.

Horrible service, half the time only one person is there at the drive thru and it looks like it's closed. None of their drinks or food are very appetizing or fresh anyways, Green Mountain coffee at the gas station is so much better! Avoid like the plague!
