Firehouse Subs - Grafton

I'd say this place is okay. If I'm honest, cousins use better ingredients. But a sub is a sub.

Firehouse will quickly become our regular sandwich shop because our daughter loves her so much. Lightly higher prices than some competitors, but the quality is usually on site and they support the fire department. The staff makes this place so great. The children they have occupied are lawfully some of the biggest workers I have experienced in a restaurant. They work so hard and they're really nice. I'm also impressed. I look forward to the day Kovid is behind us and the hot sauces are back on the display. Keep super Grafton Firehouse Crew. You are the best!

The first time here. I was happy with everything, from order to food. I asked for a recommendation and got 3, one was a slight change from what on the menu, but it was great! I put it somewhere between cousins and the chocolate factory on my list, with cousin the better one.

Great place to get Subs. Cathy in the register is amazing, super friendly, and happy to help and take care of customers. She's the reason we'll come back. Also the great food.

This was my first time at a Firehouse Subs so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Upon walking in, we were greeted by a cheerful employee who asked if it was our first time, she explained the whole menu for us including what their best sellers nationwide and here in Wisconsin are. Me and my girlfriend both enjoyed our subs, that are kinda unique in the fact that they are served warm. A refreshing change from your average cold sub at a Cousins/Subway,Ect. The firehouse decor is cool and the Coke freestyle machine is always nice. I really enjoyed the FHS Cherry Limeade which is an option on the freestyle. Overall a cool dining experience and will be my go to when I want a warm sub. The friendly staff combined with the delicious food sold me.
