It looked nice but was disappointed with the taste. It seemed to be very fishy tasting. I had the chicken satay on rice with beans and broccoli mixed in the sauce. I had two mouthfuls and couldn’t eat the rest. The sauce was gluggy and really not tasting like satay at all. Music was too loud and it was cold in there. I’d like to say I’ll go back but to be honest I won’t be.
Satay is mean g! Combination satay chur Thats us! Not too pricey either haha all goods. Khmer is the uce for a feed aw yea love me some of dat satay source bae x
Wow... I miss this place so much. Nothing beats a good old chicken satay noodle soup on a cold winter days. Reminds me of the days in Dunedin. The place- lots of seats, self service, clean but not like a 5 star restaurant. Food- go for the chicken satay noodle soup. Very filling, warms up your stomach! Ask for extra bowel of chicken bone also. Service- friendly but it's not really where you go for service Price- starting to go up. I remember the days of spending $8 for a bowl, it's now $12 Overall very nostalgic, will have to make another trip down south soon.
Nothing beats a large bowl of chicken noodle soup.. Hearty flavour and good for hot or cold weather. We always ask for extra chicken bones on side, to add to the fun .
