Starbucks - Goshen

This Starbucks has the slowest service when it comes to completing online delivery orders. It feels like they completely overlook customers who approach the counter or ask for assistance.

Always great service and kind staff. I’ve never been disappointed ordering at the window or inside.

Though I went through the drive-thru and not inside it was quick and efficient. The staff was kind and helpful! I don't normally drink coffee but had a gift card to use. The barista didn't have any issue answering my quick questions and directing me towards an amazing drink.

I go to Starbucks almost everyday. The young girl working the drive through a 12:30 on Sunday 8/6 has POOR customer service and is extremely rude. Debbie was wonderful as always : but the young girl should really find a job not working with customers. Plus my drinks tasted way off today (probably made by the rude young girl so she’s not the best drink maker either.
