Mellon Family Management Inc - Goodyear

The store on Dysart rd in Goodyear. The staff is slow and take forever. The fries were old and cold and no salt. They shorted us chicken nuggets. The sundaes we're carmal not hot fudge like we ordered. No ketchup no spoons or napkins. They need to update the hours for the store especially on holiday's. We spent $25 for cold and old food. The staff is rude and extremely slow.

If I could put no starts I would. The employees on clock are a joke. I had gone thru the drive thru and they told me to park. So I parked and went inside for my food. I see it Sitting there not being brought to me for 10 minutes and when said employee went to take it out I had asked if she had mine cause I knew she did . But she said no she didn't so then I see my food walking around for another 10 min until she realized she messed up and I had to get it fresh cause ag was open for twenty minutes. Terrible service . Absolutely horrible!!! Floors filthy, bathrooms make you want to vomit, dirty tables, and we didn’t get our whole order. Not to mention the smell. Management has no idea what they are doing. It’s an absolutely health hazard. Multi million dollar company and this is what you do. You should be ashamed.

Some of the worst experiences I 've had is at the Litchfield and waddell and greenway and reems locations. Always super slow even when there 's no line and it always seems to take 3 people to make ONE coffee order. But what 's worst is the management. Last night I was doing deliveries and called to see if an order could be brought out. The manager at Litchfield (Reginald) who I 'd noticed came to the door when I had pulled up and saw me about to call rushed towards the back of the restaurant and when I finally got my call through proceeded to give me some redundant lip service about not being able to open the door because he already has the drawer open, mind you there was a very nice young lady out there already running order and the door was wide open. And when I mentioned this he hung up on me. I got the order and later received a call with some bs excuse because he found out I was going to report him but there was no please hold one moment or one second cause something isn 't right he intentionally hung up on me. The only redeeming quality or that specific location is Chris. (I believe that 's his name) he has always been kind and polite and just radiates positivity. He is the embodiment of great customer service and definitely deserves a raise

Worst MCDONALDS on the west valley. I wont ever order food from this location, my friends and family will not ever get food from here. THIS PLACE SUCKS!
