A star because their sandwiches are actually good?.but come, what about the rude staff and customer service. 30 minutes to the close, and I'm running in front of two other people. The staff looked at each other and gave an annoying look at each other. One of the ladies rolled her eyes right in front of us. No, not welcome? Just Rudeness and attitude? Fire brigade is proud of the support of the first respondents who would also go for health staff like us nurses. very surprised about the experience after a long day at work?. went out without giving my business hungry and disappointed?
The gentleman who took my order coughed awfully, not with the mouth and without gloves. But he leads you the reception and the drinking cup. That was bad enough. Then I watch him walking in the area, the food is made behind this high meter and he still puts on NO GLOVES and coughs over the top of the food and begins to make sandwiches and not even covered his mouth. The look at his face shows that he is unhappyly ill and yet he coughs about eating without a mask or even the decency to cover his mouth. When they called my name, I took the sandwich and threw it in the garbage. This man, short and bald with facial hair, has no business in this facility while he is sick and if he is HAD to be there, why isn't someone who wears him gloves and a mask and allows him to cough over the top of all foods? Absolutely terrible. And so many poor people who order online and just go in and get their food without knowing that this person is sick and coughs on her food. This was my first AND LAST trip to this Firehouse Subs on Estrella and Roosevelt in Goodyear.
