Nourish - Goodlettsville

This location is excellent! They offer a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as an impressive selection of vegetarian and vegan cookbooks. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The current space is a bit small, but they are moving in March 2011 to a larger location, which will definitely be a positive change. Additionally, they carry a great selection of Christian books and a huge range of vitamins. It's usually not too busy, which is great if you're looking to grab something quickly. If they don't have something in stock, they can order it for you, which is a nice perk. Overall, a fantastic place!

Most of these stores are actually Christian bookshops, but they also feature several sections dedicated to vegetarian and vegan food, along with a pretty extensive frozen selection! There were items here that I didn't find in Nashville, making the trip worthwhile! My favorite discovery was the frozen vegan corn dogs. I haven't had a corn dog in years, and they used to be one of my favorite treats! This isn't a place where you can find everything, but I think I’ll return about once a month or so for the camping supplies! They also have a lovely bulk section.
