Captain D's - Glynn County

The food was good, as expected. But the service... that was amazing! The employees coordinated their efforts to please each and every customer. The gentleman up front was taking care of the front counter and the drive-thru window with the greatest finesse. I was truly at a loss for words. If only every establishment worked this way, what a wonderful experience that would be.

I haven't been to a Captain D's since 2004. I was given a gift card to one and decided to give it a go after a back-breaking day of work when I was starving and too exhausted to get groceries. I was a little hesitant at first because it's been so long since I'd been to one and I have anxiety with ordering, especially if I'm not familiar with the menu, but man, I wish this place in Brunswick got more praise because they were so nice and the food was delicious! I had ordered a loaded baked potato with my meal but forgot to ask for anything to go with it. The woman who was at the window told me she went ahead and put butter and sour cream in my bag for me before I even realised it, and I thought that was really sweet. I will be returning!

As far as I’m concerned, this is the best captain D’s in South Georgia. The service was great. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Thank you all so much.

Never could get waited on. The girl had her back to us for over 5 minutes. We asked if someone could take our order, her response was I will be with you in a minute. Last two times I have been there the service has been bad.As much as I like the food there, I won't be going back. I will take my money to those who are willing to wait on me.

Been visiting for over 6 month. Have to say always fresh food and respectful personnel. A+
