Pizza Hut Glenwood Park

I ordered pizza through Menulog and two hours later, it still hadn't arrived. The service from the restaurant was terrible, and they didn't answer any of my calls.

I placed an order that did not include a drink, so I called the restaurant to address this issue. The manager at Glenwood Park was arrogant and unhelpful. Instead of providing a solution, he laughed and was quite rude during our conversation. He didn’t address my concerns, and the drink was never delivered. When I later complained about the pizza, I learned that many people have had similar issues with this manager. I strongly advise against ordering from this location, as they seem uninterested in resolving customer complaints.

I decided to give this place another chance since my usual pizza spots have raised their prices. Unfortunately, I was reminded once again why I usually don't order from here. The pizzas taste overly processed, and the sauces are so sweet that they lack depth of flavor. The pizza was cut unevenly, making it look like a 4-year-old did it. The slices were all different sizes and poorly cut, being completely off-center. I guess I got what I deserved for trying to save a few bucks instead of going for real taste and quality.

Peter is the best worker and her pizza very good and the best number 1 in store

Ordered a fairly large order, waited over 2 hours so we drove to the shop and we were informed that our order never existed.
