Ordered 5 drinks, in the drive-thru. All were correct and it did not take as long as I expected. Great experience.
My coffee run was good, no real issues aside from too many people ordering at that location specifically. I know they are understaffed too, so I can't fault them for it.Keep doing speedy great work guys and girls.
This location is right by where I work so I’ve been a few times. Every time they messed up my order. A few times they’ve given me different items. Sometimes they couldn’t even fix the issue for me. The worst was today. They gave me a soggy croissant. It was seeping with something. Water or butter? I don’t know. But it was disgusting. I also believe they made my macchiato with regular instead of almond milk. I got sick from this and I also paid extra for almond milk... This location just needs to get it together. They are also super slow. Maybe they’re understaffed? Every other location I’ve been to is great.
This location has TERRIBLE service. Absolutely awful. They take forever and don’t even make the drinks correctly. New management needed.
