Chipotle Mexican Grill - Glen Burnie

Just had the worst experience. Stood in line asked for a salad, was told no lettuce but gave me salad dressing. Ordered two bowls, paid, then saw staff making meals off to the side with lettuce. I asked and was told the lettuce was just for online orders. Spoke with manager Alex and he said the same. I could not get lettuce but I could have gotten a salad. I told him, I was denied a salad. His solution was for me to get back in line (13 plus people) return the bowl and order a salad. So that?s what I did. However, after waiting almost 15 minutes a staff member offered to give me lettuce/spinach to take home. Customer service from Alex was terrible and outrageous. I will go to the Serverna Park location in the future. Chipotle needs a new manager.

Order was delivered very quickly but food was cold. Barely there chicken pieces. Had to poke and prod to find them among a mess of other ingredients. What happened to the nice tasty bowls? No rhyme or reason to ingredients and very disappointing flavor and texture. Chipotle will not get any more business from me. It's all about the money and cost cutting by management to get it. A long, long way down from my first Chiptole experience.

I went there in person and waited on line and they told me they couldn't make me a quesadilla unless I ordered it from my phone. It's on the menu and I was standing there in real life, they told me I would have to make a digital order for a quesadilla. They said that was the only item you could not order in person. Then they told me they would only put cheese inside, nothing else. This came from the manager. Far and away the most bizarre and frustrating experience I've ever had in a fast-casual eating establishment.

The burrito bowl was well prepared; absolutely delicious. I planned to eat in as the restaurant. I was told that I'd have to take it to go. The restaurant was still open for another half hour. I was disappointed. I don't like carryout.

So I went to y?all chipotle yesterday and got a burrito, I found a finger nail in my food and I?m very much disgusted. And I know it is not my owns because it was stuck to the chicken until I bit into it. I don?t live down there but I still went. I should be getting a refund, I called and called but still got no response
