Applebee's Grill - Glen Allen

I accidentally ordered close to closing time and everything still came out hot fresh- not like hot from under a lamp. Burger was cooked perfect and juicy.

I requested no pink on my burgers. They were both pink. And the queso was disgusting. Ive never had an issue when eating inside, I do not recommend ordering to go.

Almost all of the lettuce in my salad was wilted and covered with brown parts : I must have gotten the bottom of the lettuce bag : I was so looking forward to this salad..I had been having such a huge craving that I ended up spending $30 on it through one of the delivery services. Super disappointed in the quality control tonight. iceberg lettuce is fairly inexpensive.. next time throw the gross brown pieces in the trash instead of serving them to someone who used to order this salad frequently but probably wont again.

This store always messes up orders, where something is missing or the wrong order is received.

The grilled chicken salad was delicious. Unfortunately, the breadstick was hard as a rock. I couldnt even bite into it. I had to throw it away.
