Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

This location is always so slow... On my first drive thru, I waited over 7 min. I received the wrong burger, and no side of pickles. After driving home I realized this and drove back because my husband wouldn 't eat the burger they messed up. We got there and the customer service was awful, we told them that they messed up our order and they went radio silent. Finally someone came on and said ok do you want us to remake it? He said yes and asked them to remake my burger too because it was cold and soggy at this point, and i wasnt going to eat without him. After waiting another 6 and a half minutes, they gave us our food and we left. When we got home we opened the bag and our food was still messed up... My husband 's burger only had 2 patties, and his onions weren 't grilled as asked. My remake was poorly wrapped and had way too much onion all at the top in one spot and the side of pickles was tucked into the paper. We ate it anyways because we were starving, and as I finished my burger I bit into a jalepeno when i ordered the California triple.... and didn 't add jalapeños This freddys always takes forever and forgets things. Overall I 'm extremely unhappy with this location.

Great value. Huge portions. Burger tasted homemade. Kids at the counter were polite. Food came out incredibly fast. Clean and comfortable dining area. Blessed relief from the summer heat!

Honestly pretty good! The concrete was absolutely delicious and will be back for that. The fries were really good as well, super crispy and salty. The sandwiches were okay. Not as good as in n out. Will go back for fries and custards!!

Food is always good, and the folks are generally pleasant. Nothing to exclaim about. They never seem to be very busy though. I do like that it's always cooked to order as it tastes better than other fast food joints.

Been driving by Freddy's for awhile and finally decided to try them. I'm from Minnesota where Culver's rule when it comes to fresh fast food burgers! Culver's burgers are better but not by much. Freddy's burgers are flavorful and juicy. Just wish for different fries, not a fan of super thin. Otherwise I will give Freddy's another try ????
