Five Guys - Gilbert

I ordered a double cheeseburger and a small vanilla shake and it cost over $18....I wasnt super hungry so I just got the burger but had I gotten fries with it would have been about $25! That is ridiculous for basically a fast food joint. The burger was good and so was the service but no one should be charging those prices. You can order filet mignon at many steakhouses, like Texas Roadhouse and Outback, for about the same $25

How do you not say “thank you” to a customer?! You wouldn’t have a job if we stopped coming. I mean, I guess I should be grateful he said “hi” when we came in. Love the burgers, love the fries, but service isn’t what it used to be.

Food is always good but they short you on fries every time. Every five guys always gives you a scoop of fries in your bag then the size cup of fries you ordered on top of that, this location doesn’t do that. Prices are way too expensive for the amount of fries they give you. So we started going to a different location. ??‍

The workers were kind, fast, and efficient; however, I was told if you’re picking up an Uber eats order, you’re not allowed to order your own side of fries separately, new company policy. It’s really annoying because they literally don’t drop the customers fries until you get there, We have to wait for them to cook anyway so why not allow us to order our own while we wait? That’s a very weird policy and will cause a lot of cancellations for customers orders! Just a heads up.

Very typical 5 Guys. Fries were perfect, better than other 5gs locations. Had cheeseburger. Typically very good.
