Bourbon Bones Santan Village - Gilbert

This was our first visit to this restaurant! Every year, we celebrate my husband's birthday and our friend's birthday at a steakhouse. The food was tasty, but the service was very slow. We appreciate that we are also paying for an overall experience, but we waited a long time for our drinks and our waitress rarely checked in with us, which was a bit disappointing.

The outdoor seating experience was uncomfortable as the servers seemed irritated, the host was unresponsive and unavailable.

First time trying out this place, celebrating Mother’s Day and I highly recommend this place! The food was amazing, hot, fresh, and good proportions! The restaurant has well-crafted cocktails and great seasoning on the food. Another cool thing about this place is that they have special menu items that can honestly put on a show before you dig in. The service was the highlight of our experience because of how good it was. Our server (Hate that I forget his name…Maybe starts with a ‘D’? was sooo accommodating and observant of our table/food. He held our door when we walked out and ran to the parking lot to bring our forgotten to-go bag…Who does that?! So awesome, would definitely go back! This restaurant is for sure a place to splurge so just be mindful of the menu because it can add up quick, but honestly you really do pay for what you get :

This restaurant is modern and elegant, with a beautiful bar showcasing a variety of liquors. The staff was polite and professional, with our server, Darby, providing excellent explanations of the menu which featured delicious seafood and steak options, including the Elite Prime cuts. My wife, who typically doesn't eat steak, loved the filet mignon, describing it as the best she has ever tasted. I enjoyed the Ribeye and the French onion soup and Wedge Salad were fantastic. We would definitely return to celebrate special occasions. The General Manager, Shadi Zaki, and Manager Scott were attentive and checked in on us during our meal, showing they truly care about their customers.
