Bozzelli's Italian Deli-spring Mall

Ordered a large pizza that’s supposedly 14inches. It came and took up a little over half the box. Probably 10-11 inches max. I called to inform them and expected a explanation or apology. I got “you’re wrong if you have a complaint go to the website”. This business has some serious problems. I like the pizza but terribly overpriced for what you get and customer service is horrible.

Great pizza for NOVA. Prices have climbed a bit, but the people cooking and serving are quick and good at what they do.

I got the plant based Wise Guy. I love that they have vegan options, the sub was DELICIOUS, and the ingredients were high quality but for the price the portion was a little skimpy. I would prefer if it had like 1 more meatball, a liiiittle more pepperoni, and more sauce. I could have eaten 2 of the ones I got.

I expected a notification since i ordered online to pick up, but went at time it was supposed to be ready, but never got one. When i went in i asked the girl if it was ready. She didnt say a word as i noticed my pizza, even after i acknowledged i saw it. She still didnt say a word..the pizza was ok, but was a little dry. Still tasted good. Nice place though.

Check an itemized receipt because they will over charge you. If you ask them why they won’t explain but say there’s a difference and not be helpful.
